Community Governance Reviews

Havant Borough Council is undertaking Community Governance Reviews (CGRs) for the areas of Emsworth and Hayling Island.

These follow a statutory process where those who live, work or visit these areas will have the opportunity to have their say on how local people are represented and have a voice in decisions that affect their local area.
