Hampshire Activity Feedback
From "Active Wellbeing"
Go to the project
Luckily I have no health problems so far although my husband had a stroke almost two years ago which has impacted our activities somewhat. The bus pass is such a bonus to us both and allows us to go to the cinema, shopping, visiting friends, and in my case attending my classes.

Hi Nick,
Thank you.
I go to yoga with Jo on Monday evenings and I also have an art group which is independent from Get Up And Go.
Yoga is brilliant for maintaining flexibility, balance and strength. It's also a friendly welcoming group of people.
Likewise, the challenge of weekly art tasks is a regular creative and sociable meeting at Purbrook church hall and which continues on line.
Other than that - we often have the grandchildren who are local.
I'm happy to attend any appropriate focus groups.

Thank you for your comments Sheila and sorry to hear about your husband - may I ask which classes you do and what you enjoy about them?
