Inclusive playground
From "Gauntlet Park, Purbrook"
Go to the project
Inclusive play equipment, so children with disabilities can join in with their friends. My son who is 4 has dwarfism and so parks are currently not accessible for him as everything is too high or steps to large for him, also a lot have upper body equipment such as monkey bars and this is not inclusive at all. A mixture of size and different equipment. The park has to be fenced off, as dogs shouldn’t be allowed to roam/toilet where the children are playing. Please consider ramps instead of steps
Flooding needs to be rectified as park is unusable in the winter months.
benches and picnic benches also required.
