Multi purpose

I'd like to see climbing structures for small kids and a larger ones for bigger kids as well as swings and slides. Rope swings or a short climbing wall would be great.

A skateboard/scooter track would be brilliant.

Since dogs use the area alot, it would be ideal to have to parks sectioned off with fencing as my children hate to use the park as it is due to dogs off leads.
