Technological change will accelerate over the next decade the Priorities need to be weighted to respond accordingly. 

Autonomous cars will take Residents to/from their destinations - car parking revenue will collapse and single user car ownership will reduce.

During Covid Home Working changed the pattern of commuting traffic and encouraged dual home-owners to move to their holiday homes on the South Coast. This will increase.

The emerging Local Transport Plan will reverse emphasis on solo car journeys and encourage active, and joint, travel. Wellbeing and health will be the yardstick of Priority attainment.

Whilst the Priorities need to address the competition outside Havant BC they must also consider the uniqueness already existing; in particular, Hayling Seafront "Regeneration" ignores the attractiveness of the southern shoreline and may fall prey to developers offering Community Infrastructure Levy for developments no one want.
