The library is having a refit to create more space for the children and more community spaces/spaces to hire, but a few people I’ve spoken to have said how vibrant Southsea and Fareham libraries are with the cafés they have. I know they’re under different authorities though so I’m not sure how it could be funded.

Create beds around the trees with large colourful shrubs eg hebes and choisyas that have varying colours and grow quite large. Seating under the trees. Area above shops to be more attractive/uniform or with art. Street art on the large walls like they have done in Portsmouth.
