Reduce use of metal equipment & add grass patches.

As stated before in phase 1 of this project, the park suffers from being mostly made of metal. During rain, it renders the park completely unsafe when 99% of the park equipment that can be used, is made of metal. I had an incident from this park because of this exact issue as a kid which is why I know it is unsafe during rainy weather or when it is still wet.
Not only should it be pushed to be made out of a different material but i do think there has to be some bigger changes to the park as well.
The overall design of the park as it is right now is very poor. It is only made for a very young demographic which means it only really has a few years of use by kids of a certain age group. We are talking here about the swings which are made more for toddlers and yet no swings for ages higher than this, a pointless maze game that can only bring about 2 minutes of fun, 2 slides and other very basic and barebones equipment for a park. In bringing a higher age demographic range of park equipment and changing its whole layout while ripping out and/or moving, some existing equipment, would help benefit the park.
As for the addition of multiple grass patches, this is just needed and should've been a requirement for the park years ago. Its something you learn in school as you grow up about water runoff and how nature often helps the environment/area surrounding it (geography). Adding numerous grass patches in logical spots such as where water runoff does exist in the park, in some areas like the bottom of a slide or where puddles tend to form and even at seating areas would just improve the park further more.
Lastly, better equipment as well as the park actually being upkept is just a must for the park as well. It never made sense to me why about 60% of the park is taken up by 2 slides and the 2 other actual reused equipment of the park are both dedicated to toddlers or kids up to 6 years old. Personally I would rip out the second slide in the corner to replace it for a better equipment for an older age demographic for kids to actually use, rip out the see-saw like equipment and the maze mini game thing to make space for more worthwhile equipment as well as re-arranging where things should be placed.
