Strategy is good but need short term actions

The three themes are good, lots of good words to support.

I feel strategy needs to recognise that road congestion impacts our wellbeing, pride and growth. Spending money on cycle lanes helps a few people but not the many. Council needs an aim to reduce road congestion by say 5 to 10% over next 5 years.

Council needs to have an additional published document defining short term tangible projects that will be delivered over next 2 years, e.g. Havant station footpath rebuilt, public plaza site regenerated with housing, traffic friction points removed on Hayling Island road. The effectiveness of the Council can then be determined based on actual deliverables.
