The Play House - please build it ASAP

The best thing I have seen on the posters is the Play House as this would be such an asset to Waterlooville. Many residents from surrounding areas would visit our town if we had a multi function entertainment venue. A post on Facebook, Waterlooville Local Community Group dated 27 Feb by Paul Cox had 798 positive comments- all wanting a place for live entertainment. We need a place like the Titchfield Festival Theatre or The Spring. We also need a hub for art/craft. Emsworth/Havant/Hayling have a vibrant Arts Trail every year and it would be great if the Play House could provide a base for exhibitions in Waterlooville.
I also really like the easy-to-use surface crossing point at Rockville Drive/London Road (Shell Garage). I live on the Purbrook side of town and walk to the shops. A pedestrian crossing would be brilliant as it's very hard to cross the road at this junction.
I would also like to say "thank you" to everyone concerned with the proposal. I think all of it is exciting and well thought out. You have really listened to residents and translated the comments into this brilliant proposal. Well done to you all. Please create the vision and give Waterlooville the town it deserves.
