Having viewed the proposals which I broadly support I have the following comments:

Waterlooville is a light low level height buildings area, the proposed 5 and 6 storey flats are not in keeping with this. I suggest 2 storey should be the maximum allowed.

All housing should provide a minimum of one car parking space per house/flat to avoid the public car parks and surrounding roads being used for resident parking.

All new housing should require builders to use solar panels and provide a car recharging point per house/flat.
