What activities do you like doing?
From "Active Wellbeing"
Go to the project

We want to hear from you on what activities you enjoy doing, why you like doing these and what impact this has had on your life. These activities can range from organised sports such as football, rugby or tennis, active groups such as running, walking or swimming, or more relaxed exercises such as yoga or pilates, all the way through to gardening, walking around a local park or being mobile in your own home.
In particular, tell us your views on:
- What activities do you access and what do you enjoy about them?
- What activities do you think are missing in your local area?
- What else could be done to support you in doing these activities, such as locations, costs or just knowing what is going on?

I'm a watersports enthusiast especially windsurfing. The council imposed a 365 days a year ban on windsurfing and other watersports from Central Beachlands. Clearly a short sighted move that is actively preventing visitors coming to Hayling Island spending their time and their money enjoying what the borough has to offer. Now, many are going elsewhere, not great for the wellbeing of people like me and not great for the wellbeing of our local economy.
REMOVE THE BAN PLEASE in the winter all the council has to do is put a sticker on the red sighs indicating the ban is only for the summer season (whatever that means) I've seen three different sets of bathing season dates!
