What is the St. Faith's Conservation Area?
This area covers the historic core of Havant Town Centre. , which is based around the intersection of North, East, South and West Streets and encompasses some areas of 19th and 20th century suburban development and a former parchment works, adjacent to Homewell Spring. This area was originally designated in 1994 and was last reviewed in 2007.
Why is the conservation area being reviewed?
We are required to review conservation area from time to time to ensure it remains fit for purpose.
What does the review include?
As part of the review, we are asking to any feedback on the three main parts of the conservation area designation:
- Character Appraisal
- Management Plan
- Boundary Revisions

In addition, we are holding the below events in the conservation area that you can attend to view the materials, speak with our officers and have your say on this consultation. These events are taking place as follows:
- Saturday 24 May 2025 - Meridian Centre, Havant, 10am to 4pm
- Thursday 12 June 2025 – The Spring, Havant, 10am to 2pm
