What is a topic-based policy?

These are the policies that will be used when determining planning applications of all types and scales. That means that these policies will apply to the individual allocations and any other development that comes forward.

The following sections provide an overview of the key policy areas included within the Plan.

This is the last section of the Local Plan document.
